Being a Seasoned Fitness Professional, I have worked in many different health in fitness settings from private studios, colleges, high schools to elite health clubs. I have always been passionate about sports and competed at an elite level throughout my high school & collegiate career. My overall style is to blend fun with proper form. To me, functional fitness training is everything! It presents a challenge for you both mentally as well as physically. There is no better machine to use than your own body. Use it to your advantage. However, just like any other machine, it needs proper maintenance and TLC. Even though I always value quality over quantity, I’m all for Turning up the notch and pushing my clients and members past their points of uncertainty and into a new world of confidence in their own fitness abilities!

After a collegiate tennis career, Robin was introduced to the Kettlebell in 2009 spurring a desire to explore fitness beyond conventional methods. Taking a functional approach to exercise, Robin trains individuals and groups with her own unique flair and gusto.
