FUN. FIT. Is bringing all the key elements from Functional fitness training and Adding a dose a FUN to it! Learn to use functional tools such as TRX, Kettle Bells, Dumbells, Medicince Balls, Battle Rooes, and Plyo Boxes as we move from station to station executing a series of movements under professional instruction.

Kettlebell Fury

Wednesdays

Kettlebells are the foundation to building stronger, more mobile and better-balanced bodies through using key patterns to human movement. The magic of kettlebells is that they combine the benefits of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning in a series of very powerful exercises. This means you receive total body strengthening and conditioning in one single, powerful tool. Reclaim your body’s “true movement” with the functional advantages the kettlebell offers

ABS! ABS! ABS! This class is designed to target your entire mid-section. The specific focus is on tightening the abdominals and obliques while not leaving out key glute muscle support. Tighten your mid-section while building a beautiful backside!

BOOTCAMP

Wednesdays
5:30pm – 6:30pm

Let's just move! We are going to take it back to the old school with this class. Pump up the music, set the timer, control the pace and lets just focus on an all-out, total body workout. Higher reps, lower resistance. But this is gonna burn baby- burn those calories away! Stay focused, expect the worst, and lets just get it done. HOORAH!

Saturday Sweat

Saturdays

Looking for a way to jump-start your weekend? This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your weekend.

Mobility & Functional Lift

Saturdays
8:10am - 8:55am

This series will follow a 2 part formula; one week an educational/mobility session with the following week a functional lift/application session. Explore your range of motion with Animal Flow, Stick Mobility, Dynamic Activation, and Lifestyle Stretching

The mobility applications in this class are designed to expand your usable range of motion by focusing on joint health, body control, and expanding the multidirectional fascial subsystem.

In Functional Lift, we'll explore re-directional energy, explosive power, and total body integration.

Total Body Burn Workout

Tuesdays
7pm – 8pm

This class is a calorie collector that has benefits of heart raising and muscle endurance that supports efficient muscles. While burning more calories in less time you'll be effectively hitting every muscle group in your body. We will also be building muscle fiber as we continue to use weights. Your arms, legs, core, back, and chest will be targeted during this class wether you are a beginner or not.

Learn-2-Burn

Wednesdays, Fridays
7am – 8am

If you're looking for High Intensity Interval training using, circuit format and timed exercises, then Learn-2-Burn is certainly where it's at. Working with a series of movements combining strength, cardio, equipment (Med balls, Jump Ropes, Free weights , and BodyWeight), this workout is sure to have you dripping with sweat and burning away those unwanted calories.

Crunch-4-Lunch

12pm – 1pm & 1pm – 2pm

Find yourself not able to get to your workouts before or after the gym due to a hectic work schedules? Then why not burn calories rather than over consuming them during your normal lunch break? Crunch 4 Lunch is a high intensity workout that focuses on total body workouts that fully engage your abs & Core.
